This spring, a well-loved Bay Shore activity will once again offer the community an opportunity to purchase fresh from the farm foodstuffs, while supporting local small scale agriculture at the same time.
The Bay Shore Farmers Market will once again take place at the Bandshell, and it will bring area residents together to shop, meet, and catch up with old friends and enjoy the lively atmosphere. It will be held each Friday afternoon and evening during its scheduled season.
The Market will welcome both residents and visitors to the community, and it will include a curated list of vendors. It will be walkable and family friendly, and each installment will be a one-of-a-kind experience. The exclusive Healthcare Partner for the sessions will be South Shore University Hospital, and it is being presented by South Shore Farmers Markets.
Farmstands and other agricultural markets connect the public with their local farming community. The operations that take part will be able to order everything from booth backdrops and table drapes to custom pop-up Banners, Packaging supplies, and Letterheads from a printing services company.
The 2026 season for the Bay Shore Farmers Market will begin on May 22. Its gates will open at 3:00 pm, and the fun will continue until 7:00 pm.
