The Annual Cask Ales Fundraiser will return to Bay Shore this January.
Patrons may sample ales and wines from local brewers at the event. Some of these include the Sand City Brewing Company, Long Island Beer and Malt Enthusiasts Homebrew Club, and the Macari Vineyards. All the beverages provided, as well as the venue, are donations courtesy of participating breweries.
The event returns the fifth time after a two-year break due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In its previous events, it raised up to $5,000 with this initiative. All proceeds from this year’s event will benefit The Barton Center for Diabetes Education Campership Program, the aim of which is to assist families with education about diabetes management, particularly those with Type 1 diabetes. They do this by fostering a fun and supportive environment, through which experienced medical experts facilitate learning. All the Center’s initiatives serve families in the local community.
The cost of tickets will be $50. These are available for purchase on the Eventbrite listing, and an additional $3.08 purchasing fee applies for each ticket.
Flyer printing is a useful way to provide people with important details at events like this.
This event takes place on January 21 at The Brewers Collective. This is located at 1460 North Clinton Avenue, Bay Shore, New York. It begins at 1:00 pm and ends at 6:00 pm.
