Bay Shore to welcome return of popular car show

The Bay Shore area will be springing into a brand new season with a show that will combine cars, guitars, food, and fun for the whole family.

The proceeds of the 7th annual Cars and Guitars Classic Car Show and Fundraiser will be used to fund supports for veterans and their families living with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It will be set up outside Miller’s Ale House in Commack, and at least 400 vehicles are expected to be on display to view.

As well as the vehicle show, attendees will be able to enjoy live music and a variety of dishes prepared by a BBQ food truck. A raffle draw is in the works, and to thank the first 100 who enter a car or truck, the organizers have made arrangements to supply them with a selection of Corporate Gifts.

Vehicle shows give car buffs a chance to show off their pride and joy. A poster printing company will be able to make sure as many as possible know when and where such an activity is taking place in their area.

This fundraiser for heroes in need of a helping hand will be held on Sunday, April 23, starting at 11:00 am. The venue for the day can be found at 88 Veterans Memorial Highway in Commack.
