Bay Shore residents will soon be filling their plates with pancakes fresh off the griddle when they attend a fundraiser that will support a local youth community service project.
The Youth Squad of Bay Shore Brightwaters Rescue Ambulance will be serving up a pancake breakfast in mid-May, and the menu includes some top morning favorites. While they enjoy their meal, attendees between the ages of 13 to 18 will have the opportunity to learn more about the group and how to apply to participate.
Diners will be treated to sausages and pancakes, as well as coffee, bacon, teas, hot chocolate, and several juice choices. Condiments, including syrup, will be supplied as well, and everyone can relax and socialize while they enjoy the tasty start to their day.
The activity is scheduled for 911 Alette Place in Bay Shore, which is the location for the Rescue Ambulance crew headquarters. As well as the breakfast, the function will offer the chance to purchase a ticket for the even-split and basket raffle draws, the contents of which will include an assortment of Corporate Gifts and other prizes.
