Long Island individuals and families in crisis will soon benefit from a Bay Shore annual celebration, and it will be the 39th year in which the festivities have welcomed the public.
The annual Mercy Haven Fall Cocktail Party will soon be offering an evening of autumn elegance. Captain Bill's Restaurant has been reserved for the gathering, and the guestlist has space for over 200 supporters of the organization.
The organizers of the occasion promise a festive affair where food and a variety of cocktails will be on the menu. While the guests enjoy mingling and meeting new friends, they have will the opportunity to learn more about Mercy Haven's programming and how their support will help make a difference in their home community. A resident of the facility will serve as the guest speaker, and everyone will be able to try their luck in the raffle draws.
A philanthropic gathering can raise both funds and awareness, and programs and other informational materials are often distributed during these events. A brochure printing company can prepare a variety of materials, and full-color photos can be included in their final design.
Mercy Haven's 39th annual Fall Cocktail Party will get started at 4:00 pm on Sunday, November 3. The location for the fundraiser will be 122 Ocean Avenue in Bay Shore.
