Fans of ‘80s rock will be able to enjoy an evening of some of their favorite tunes from days gone by, thanks to a Van Halen tribute band supplying he tunes for an upcoming Bay Shore holiday party.
The teams at Ricks Beach Music Company and Great South Bay Brewery have plans in the works for an afternoon and early evening of music for those ages 21 and up only. The doors will open an hour ahead of the show, and the Guitar Center of Long Island has donated a special prize for the raffle draw.
The crowd at the celebration will be treated to Van Halen tunes performed by the tribute band Full Bug, and everyone can sing along, dance, and have a good time. The prizes to be drawn for include a guitar, and a Santa costume contest and other fun are on the agenda. A special holiday “brew” will be poured, and everyone can try their hand at axe throwing.
The venue will be offering full kitchen services during the event. A flyer printing company will be able to design and Print special holiday Menus for eateries and other food service establishments.
This rocking holiday afternoon will hark back to the days of ‘80s glam bands on Saturday, December 9, and 25 Drexel Drive in Bay Shore will be the venue for the occasion.
