Home builders gather in Vegas

An upcoming trade show in Vegas will bring thousands of people to the city.

The National Home Builders Association (NHBA) is planning to hold the NAHB International Builders Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center, which can hold the anticipated more than 68,000 attendees. The yearly show is the largest light construction show in the world.

People attending the show will be able to find new companies, brands, and products, and see demonstrations of best practices and techniques in special Zones. The Zones are the Outdoor Exhibits, the Construction Performance Zone, the Craft Techniques Zone, the Start-Up Zone, the New Products Zone, the Jobsite Safety Zone, and the Home Technology Zone.

Education is a large part of the show, and several lectures are planned that discuss the building industry today. The talks include the “2025 Housing & Economic Forecast,” and “Design & Develop Attainable, Exciting Homes & Neighborhoods.” The second talk will discuss ways in which builders can use best practices to create homes that match the shifting preferences of today’s homebuyers.

Additional lectures will cover what it takes to be a professional salesperson today, and how mobile platforms and AI can make it easier for people to buy a home. Huge shows like this are the perfect place for attendees to pick up Business Cards from the exhibitors.

The NAHB International Builders Show is scheduled for February 25, 26, and 27.
