Event for retailers planned in Vegas

An upcoming conference will bring together retailers/grocers from a variety of markets for three days.

Groceryshop is an event for retailers, and it cuts across all channels. It is open to people selling beauty products, personal and household care items, beer, spirits, and wine, food and beverages, and anyone who handles consumer packaged goods of all kinds.

The conference is three days long and attendees will include more than 4,000 senior leaders, 150 of whom will appear on stage. One-on-one meetings will be arranged for 30,000 attendees, which will give them a chance to gain valuable knowledge and connections.

Like most conventions of this kind, Groceryshop will comprise industry leaders, panel discussions, workshops, vendors, and keynote speakers. The Main Stage keynote speakers this year are Chris Rogers, CEO of Instacart, and Michael Beacham, the President of California Pizza Kitchen.

Panel discussions moderated by industry leaders promise to be interesting for retailers. Among the “Tactical Learning Sessions” is a session entitled “Tactical Learning: Readying Your Data and Ecommerce Platforms for Agentic Traffic.” The speaker at the session is Caleb Carr, Head of Data Science & Engineering at Schnuck Markets, and the moderator is Eric Shea, Partner and Commerce Leader at PWC.

Groceryshop is scheduled for September 22 – 24 at Mandalay Bay. Events like this are the perfect place for attendees to pick up Business Cards from vendors, and exchange these cards with peers.
