Event for medical professionals scheduled for Las Vegas

A trade show for medical professionals will take place at Caesars Palace Convention Center, giving them a chance to enhance their education and discover the latest research.

The 2025 SAWC Fall – Symposium on Advanced Wound Care is designed to bring the whole wound care team together, including podiatrists, scientists, researchers, physical therapists, nurses, physicians, and dieticians. The leading experts in wound care will be in attendance to provide critical education that will allow professional medical personnel to improve patient outcomes.

The event features more than 50 case-driven discussions and evidence-based sessions, and talks by over 55 world-renowned experts in their subjects. Hands-on workshops will take place before the conference begins, and a symposium supported by the industry will be available.

The sessions will be held on different “featured” tracks: Featured Focus Content and Featured Learning Formats. The former’s subjects include a two-day track on education covering pressure injury staging, legal risk, support surfaces, evidence-based prevention, and a symposium on amputation prevention. A Navigator Series will discuss the business side of wound care.

Featured Learning Formats, on the other hand, is made up of case-based presentations that walk participants through the type of coordinated care systems, complications, and decision-making that will be necessary in real-world situations. Rapid fire talks will present emerging research, the latest data, and clinical best practices.

These and other subjects will be covered at the Wound Care Symposium, which is scheduled for October 3 – 6. Vendors at events like this one have an opportunity to network with professionals and may present their Business Cards.
