Cheshire Homes in East Hanover-Florham Park will present the Empowering Possibilities Gala to pay tribute to the recipient of the Community Impact Award, and to raise funds for Cheshire Homes’ programs.
Chesire Homes is a rehabilitation care home whose mission is to help residents achieve independence through its highly personalized physical and occupational therapies, nursing care, and mental health services. Over 260 residents have benefited from the care and programs led by the Cheshire Homes staff, many of whom have been working at the home for over 25 years.
The gala will honor all the residents and staff of the home, while also highlighting the work of Ondrea McKay, who is an MD of Atlantic Health System's Morristown & Overlook Medical Centers and is the Community Impact Award winner this year. There will be a cocktail reception, dinner and dancing, a special presentation from the honorees, and inspirational stories recounted by a special guest.
Galas often involve elegant Stationery materials, such as custom-made invites and table placards, which organizers can get prepared at local Stationery printers.
The Endless Possibilities Gala is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, September 18, beginning at 6:00 pm and ending at 10:00 pm. It will be held at The Park Savoy Estate, which is at 236 Ridgedale Avenue. General admission is $250.
