Next week, East Hanover will hold the 2024 Patriotic Celebration, an event filled with family-friendly fun, food, and a fireworks display.
The Township of Hanover will host the event, which is billed as a celebration that will include a variety of activities and entertainment the whole community can enjoy. There will be carnival-style games for the kids to participate in, as well as face painting and balloon-animal making. For refreshments, local food trucks will be offering a diverse range of tasty bites.
The main entertainment will be a live musical performance from The Heart of Gold, a classic rock cover band comprising local music legends in Morris County and led by Joe Bilotti, music professor and celebrated area guitarist. The band covers songs in the classic rock genre, rocking out to music from artists such as David Bowie, Neil Young, Steely Dan, and Led Zeppelin.
The Patriotic Celebration of Fireworks will commence at 9:15 pm at Veteran’s Field on North Jefferson Road.
Organizers of outdoor festivals like this may decide to invest in banner printing services to decorate the event venue.
The Patriotic Celebration will be held on Monday, July 1 at Hanover Township Municipal Complex, which is located at 1000 NJ-10, Whippany. In case of rain, the fireworks display will be moved to Tuesday, July 2.
