East Hanover area welcomes winter craft workshop

The Livingston Public Library will hold the Crafterwork: Creative Arts workshop next month, which will offer a session of winter decor crafting should anyone in the nearby East Hanover area who are also Livingston public Library cardholders be interested in attending.

The Livingston Public Library is about four miles from East Hanover and serves the surrounding communities as a welcoming space to enrich oneself, learn new hobbies, and meet new friends. The creative arts workshops are made possible by the generous support of the Friends of the Livingston Public Library, which is a nonprofit that raises funds for the public library and supports programming that would not otherwise be covered by the general budget.

The Crafterwork event in January will focus on teaching participants how to create winter-themed hanging decorations. The workshop will be self-guided yet librarian-led and is intended to be a relaxing activity for participants to unwind after a hectic day. All materials will be provided.

Crafting workshops often incorporate printed learning materials, such graphical Posters, that can help participants during the activity. Local Print shops can provide valuable poster printing services to organizers choosing this method.

The winter decor workshop is scheduled to take place on January 7, beginning at 7:00 pm. The Livingston Public Library is located at 10 Robert Harp Drive, just seven minutes from East Hanover.
