Brixton Beef will present the Dry Aged Ribeye Tasting event next month in Morristown, just a few miles from East Hanover for anyone interested in a unique food tasting experience.
Brixton Beef is a food tasting organizer that specializes in flights of dry aged ribeye steaks. The company offers curated food tasting experiences for those wanting to try something new and for people wishing to host dinner parties in the comfort of their homes. The August event will take place in a local brewery and will offer beer pairings alongside the ribeye tastings.
Attendees will enjoy flights of USDA Prime beef that have been aged from zero to 210 days. In the process, guests will learn about aged beef and how to compare different flavors and ages. The flights will be served in four rounds, with each ribeye portion aged 30 days longer than the previous one. Unlimited portions of shoe-string fries and spring mix salad will be served on the side.
Tasting events will often include informative Brochures to help facilitate the experience. These materials can be printed in bulk at local Print shops that specialize in brochure printing for events.
The ribeye tasting will take place on Thursday, August 15 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. It will be held at Glenbrook Brewery, located at 95 Morris Street. Tickets are $71.
