Next month, the Mid Atlantic Great Dane Rescue (MAGDRL) will host the East Hanover Meet and Greet event for those interested in adopting a Great Dane.
MAGDRL serves the Mid-Atlantic region as a volunteer-led dog rescue that specializes in rescuing and rehoming Great Danes and mixed Danes. The organization educates people on the traits of Great Danes, helps potential pet owners find the right dog breed to fit with their lifestyle, and guides people who need to rehome their dogs through the replacement home process. MAGDRL frequently hosts events such as the meet and greet in East Hanover to fundraise for the organization and to rehome rescued Danes.
The meet and greet will take place at the East Hanover Petco. The MAGDRL volunteers will have a table set up to greet people and introduce the organization and its purpose. Interested guests will be able to take Brochures containing information about Great Danes, including their compatibility in different households. They will also be able to meet the adoptable Danes and learn about each individual one.
Organizers of informational events that involve printed Brochures may seek out the services of local businesses that specialize in brochure printing to prepare for such events.
The meet and greet is slated for August 13 from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The Petco is located on 150 State Route 10, East Hanover.
