The Pet Palooza and Food Truck Festival will come to the Morristown and East Hanover area this June to drum up support for a local animal shelter.
The festival will be sponsored by Autosport Acura of Denville and will benefit the Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter in East Hanover. In operation for almost 50 years, the shelter is a registered 501(c)(3) organization and does not euthanize animals for time or space reasons. It partners with other shelters across the country to save animals from this fate and get them adopted into loving homes.
The event will feature a pet fashion show for animals to show off their furry style, and there will also be the popular doggy agility course for the canines to demonstrate their skills. The food truck arena will offer over 15 different food trucks to satisfy hungry attendees, and the vendor market will provide shopping opportunities for humans and pets alike.

The pet palooza is scheduled for June 11, beginning at 11:00 am. It will take place at the Mennen Sports Arena on 161 East Hanover Avenue, Morristown. Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for children ages 4 to 13.
