With the NAIOP New Jersey hosting a seminar on sustainable energy and the New Jersey Chapter hosting a workshop entitled ‘Leveraging the Data Tsunami’, the emphasis for business professionals this month will obviously be on the development of technology.
It all kicks off this week on October 10 with ‘Re-Energize Your Buildings!’. Beginning at 7:45 am and concluding at around 11:30 am, this is being hosted not too far away from East Brunswick at the Sheraton Edison Hotel in Edison. As most people can probably imagine from the title, the topic of this meet-up is going to be energy efficiency. According to the online descriptions, this event is expected to feature an expert panel, among other perks, and the three qualified individuals will be addressing the ways in which technology can be used by businesses to save money.
With the subject matter addressing everything from the incentives to the practical logistics of getting things done, business owners stand to gain quite a bit from showing their faces here.
Although people tend to associate technology with areas like marketing, digital Business Cards, and the Internet, it is interesting to note that the National Association of Corporate Directors’ New Jersey Chapter has chosen ‘Leveraging the Data Tsunami’ as its subject. For most, the topic for this upcoming meet-up is going to be the ways in which business owners can use the data from their online efforts to make informed decisions.
Being held at Jamesburg’s Forsgate Country Club and set at a price of $35, there is something to be said for setting some time aside for this as well.
