The global OHDSI community will be gathering near East Brunswick for three days of learning, collaboration, and information exchange.
A full day dedicated to tutorials and collaborations will warm up the symposium on Tuesday, the first day of the event. Among those presentations is an Introduction to OHDSI tutorial fitted for newcomers or individuals wishing to lay a solid foundation. For non-members wishing to attend this session alone, they will have to pay $100.
Afterward, there will be specialized topics-based half-day tutorials during afternoon hours from 1 pm through 5 pm.
The symposium's main events, the plenary sessions and the Collaborators’ showcase, will take place on Wednesday. During these sessions, the latest research findings, innovative methodologies, and collaborative projects coming from the OHDSI community will be presented. Plenary sessions are expected to have keynote speakers who are pioneers in this field whereas the showcase for collaborators is meant for teams to present their contributions as well as gain insights from other participants.
Throughout Thursday, there will be workgroup activities as the final program. These sessions will highlight the latest research, innovative methodologies, and collaborative projects within the OHDSI community. Brochure printing can be used to present event itineraries.
The 2024 OHDSI Global Symposium is on from October 22 to 24 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Brunswick, a few miles north of East Brunswick.
