Finding a balance between work, family, and the other stressors in a person's life can be a difficult task, but an event is on the agenda for the East Brunswick area that may just be able to help.
A session that can aid individuals in taking care of their mental health by decluttering their mind is currently accepting registrations, and the goal is to help those who attend learn how important it is that they take care of themselves. They will find out that there are many ways they can destress their life, and they will be given an opportunity to put some of them into practice.
The group will be guided through several breathing exercises, and will learn the powerful role their can play in helping someone to calm their mind and relax. They will participate in a session of guided meditation, and the organizer’s goal is for each of the attendees to walk away with a personal kit of tools they can use to achieve inner peace, no matter how hectic their life may get.
Yoga + Herbs will be partnering with Art of Living Jersey Shore to host this event, and it is located at 3996 County Road 516 in Matawan. A printing services provider can prepare breathing and relaxation tip sheets that can be given to each of the students in this sort of activity.
The ‘De-clutter Your Mind and De-stress’ workshop will be held on October 20, and participation is free.
