The 4th annual East Brunswick area Rock for Autism will be an afternoon filled with music and other fun, and it will help to fund support and services for the area's neurodivergent community.
The celebration, which will welcome one and all at Old Bridge Elks Lodge, will feature an assortment of local bands and other entertainment, and there will be special fun just for the kids. Along with raising funds, it is intended to help raise awareness of the contributions autistics and other non-neurotypicals can make, as well as the challenges they often face when navigating the world.
Along with the music, the guests at the function will be able to browse through vendor tables, purchase a drink or a bite to eat, try their luck in the even-split raffles. and get to know other families. Tickets are $20 each, and a sponsorship program has been set up to help fund the festivities.
The organizers pointed out that the day will give vendors and community members a chance to connect. Business Cards and other items for this sort of occasion are available at area printers, which will be able to supply professional quality products.
