East Brunswick families who are looking for a fun activity they can enjoy together may wish to get down and dirty in an event that has been planned with the younger set in mind.
Your First Mud Run is the only event of its kind in the whole country that has been planned as a family friendly and muddy event for those with younger children. Open to anyone who is over the age of six, everyone is welcome to participate, no matter how much of an athlete or couch potato they might be.
The route for the run will be between 1.5 and 2 miles long. Along the course, there will be anywhere from 10 to 16 obstacles that the planners feel are suitable for adults and children alike. The organizers noted that, along with being great for children, it is a gentle introduction for people of any age who have never taken part in a mud run before.
