When the time comes to say a fond farewell to summer, an East Brunswick event will put its food service community in the spotlight.
The food trucks in the Brunswick Square End of Summer Food Truck and Music Fest will be serving up a wide selection of fare, and at least 11 are expected to be on the list. The function will serve as a welcome to the fall festival season, and all members of the family, including those with four legs, are welcome.
Everyone who attends the festivities can set up a lawn chair so they can relax and enjoy their snack or even a full meal. While they do, they can take in a live performance and then try their hand at the games, extreme grand prix racing, bounce house, sand art, and henna tattoos that will be on offer. A vendor market is in the works as well, and the whole celebration will be casual and relaxed.
