An event that combines the spookiness of the Halloween season with the excitement of a car show and shine is on the way for East Brunswick, and it will be hosted by the Classic Knights Car Club.
The plans for the activity will be filled with fun for young and old alike, and spectators are welcome to enter free of charge. The cost to enter a vehicle will be $15, and the monies raised will be donated to initiatives that help local veterans in need.
The function, which will be held at 485 Cranbury Road, will feature dash plaques with a special graphic design for the first 50 entries to arrive, and trophies will be presented to the registrant with the best costume, and also to the best decorated car. Refreshments will be available, and other vendors will be on site as well. An even-split draw will maximize the monies raised for the vets, and all ages will be able to join in the family-friendly fun.
Car shows offer a grassroots way to raise funds for a cause, and they can also be community builders, giving neighbors a chance to meet one another. A poster printing company can craft a variety of marketing materials to promote an event.
This spooky activity will kick off at 11:00 am on October 16.
