The North Jersey Orchid Society will be opening 2023 by hosting its annual in person Orchid Show, and it will put these exotic plants in the spotlight. The Douglass Student Center at Rutgers University will welcome the three-day event, and as a market will be part of the celebration, it will give orchidophiles an opportunity to purchase some new plants and growing gear.
Visitors to the show will be treated to expansive displays of both rare and common species, and the public is welcome to drop by, view the exhibits, and meet the growers and vendors. Admission is free, and while there is no charge for onsite parking, vehicles need to be registered ahead of time.
