East Brunswick area conference to explore hoarding disorder

Hoarding behavior is believed to include psychological components, and it can sometimes prove to be a challenge to treat. Professionals from a diverse range of fields have a role to play in its treatment, and a conference has been planned that will shine a light on the topic.

This daylong event will be split into morning and afternoon sessions, and it is anticipated that delegates from East Brunswick will be among the participants. The morning will include presentations and other information sharing, while in the afternoon, the group will be divided into breakout sessions.

One of the goals of the event is to bring people together, across a variety of professions, who work with people with hoarding disorder. The learners may qualify for continuing education credits, and is an introductory level course. The registration fee is $125 each, and the final date to purchase a ticket will be April 25.

This type of event can provide many opportunities for collaboration and sharing best practices between delegates who all have a different perspective to bring to the table. Presentation Folders can be used to create conference packages filled with Brochures, promotional Pens, Notepads, and other swag to distribute to each of the participants.

The ‘Understanding Hoarding Disorder: 2019 NJ Conference’ will be held on May 2. It will begin at 8:30 am in the Middlesex Fire Academy.
