East Brunswick area competition to showcase BBQ skills

The East Brunswick area will soon be the place for those who love Western-style barbecue, and it will showcase the skills of grill masters from all across the country.

A competition that has been sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbecue Society is set to be held in East Windsor, and the whole family can join in the excitement of the day. The winners of the contest will be one step closer to competing in the Jack Daniel's World Championship and also the American Royals.

While the food and watching the pit bosses and their teams at work may be the big draw for many of the attendees, there will be other fun on offer as well. Live entertainment, tastings, art, and other activities are all on the agenda. Carnival-style games will be set up, and prize draws will be held as well. General admission tickets start at $10.79, which includes fees and taxes.

Competitions can be a lot of fun for the competitor and spectators alike. A poster printing company will be happy to lend a hand in marketing many types of events to the public.

The Pit Boss Rumble, which is being hosted thanks to support from BBQ Clubhouse will begin on August 5 and wrap up on August 7. Dey Farm at Olivia Acres will be the location for this friendly barbecue competition.
