Doctors and chefs will be teaming up to raise awareness of liver disease, and this East Brunswick area event promises to be as tasty as it is fun.
Teams of culinary and medical professionals will be going head to head to see who can make the best dish using the same set of ingredients. They well have an equal amount of time to come up with their best recipe, and the audience will then be asked to judge their efforts.
As well as the friendly competition, the guests will be able to enjoy a selection of food and drinks, and there will be other activities on the agenda as well. The proceeds will benefit the Community Liver Alliance, and the special celebrity guest for the occasion will be Robyn Almodovar who has been a part of programs such as “Hell’s Kitchen” and “Chopped.”
