An East Brunswick business has recently been named as leading the way when it comes to how it treats its employees.
The accounting company of Wilken and Guttenplan P.C. was chosen by NJBiz to top its list of best places to work in New Jersey in the small to medium sized business grouping. It was the only one from the local area to be given the honor of making the list.

According to NJBiz, the establishment was picked because of its dedication to providing those who work for it with a great deal of support for their professional and personal lives. The staff members themselves completed surveys that asked them a variety of questions about their workplace, and there were also questionnaires that asked for more information about the business’ policies and benefit programs. There were 78 rating style questions, as well as two open ended ones and seven that sought out demographic information.
The enterprises each paid a fee, ranging from $690 to $1,770, to participate in the assessment.
