Cherry Hill foodies set to celebrate
Southern New Jersey is home to some talented culinary artists, a selection of whom will be showing off their skills in a party planned with foodies in mind.
The DoubleTree by Hilton Cherry Hill Philadelphia/Marlton Pike West will be rolling out the red carpet for the annual A Taste of South Jersey food festival. It will be held during the evening hours, and a wide variety of eateries will be on hand for the celebration.
Attendees will be invited to visit the various booths and displays, sampling as they go. They can try old favorites and discover new ones, with more than two dozen establishments already added to the list. While youngsters may attend, the function is geared towards adults, and there is parking on site. Cash bar service will be available, and outside food and beverages will not be permitted.
To help provide a way for the area's business sector to support its food service community, the organizers of the festival have created a sponsorship program. Many companies have signed up, and the logo design of most of them can be found on the event’s website.
