Cherry Hill area plans kids cookery class

Cooking is a life skill that can be a whole lot of fun, and a Cherry Hill area activity is set to invite kids into the kitchen.

The Easter Bunny will be the guest of honor for a class offered by Lil Sous Chef cooking school, and it will be held at 200 Stiles Avenue in the Township of Maple Shade. It is intended for kids from the ages of two to six, and as there will be lots of fun photo opportunities, parents are reminded to make sure they have a camera or phone close at hand.

The kids will learn some basic cookery skills by preparing bunny basket Oreo cups and bunny bento plates, and there will also be time for a story reading. Parents have been asked to indicate any food allergies their child may have when they register, and everyone will need to bring their signed waiver, which must be shown upon arrival. Tickets start at $39.99 each.

A culinary workshop can be a lot of fun. The organizers can encourage the participants to keep on cooking by offering them recipe cards printed with the ingredients and steps needed to prepare simple dishes. These can be ordered from a brochure printing company.

This chance to enjoy cooking with the Easter Bunny has been planned for the evening of April 3rd. It will begin at 5:30 pm.
