Cherry Hill area dinner to future winter wine pairings
Cherry Hill wine lovers are reminded to save some room in the holiday schedule for a special meal that will boast selections chosen by the winemaker himself.
The management and staff at Tomasello Winery would like to treat its patrons to a holiday dinner, and the menu has been specially prepared by its in-house executive chef. It will consist of six courses and accompanying wine pairings, and tickets are $46.95.
The meal will open with gravlax and toast points paired with a chardonnay, and after this, the guests will be treated to soup along with Shore House White. Next, it will be time for a pasta course with 2019 OCP Sangiovese, followed by salad with Shore House Red. The main course of chicken and roasted vegetables is set to be served with 2019 OCP Chambourcin, and a mulled spiced wine will accompany the dessert of rum raisin bread pudding.
