Art center to host spring classes and show
Croft Farms Art Center in Cherry Hill will soon have classes for children and a spring art exhibit. Classes require registration and payment.
The Spring Break Camp will have a special class for NASA Journey Into Outer Space on April 6, 7, 8, and 9 from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. Kids aged 6 to 12 will build their own rocket, gravity-assisted launcher, and a satellite, and learn what it is like to live in space.
Kids Hip Hop and Bop for boys and girls ages 5 to 9 will be held every Thursday from April 16 to May 21 from 4:45 to 5:45 pm. Students learn to dance with exercises, games, and hip-hop routines.
AR/VR Unity, a virtual realty platform for kids in 5-8 grades, will be held on Mondays from April 13 to May 18 from 4:45 to 6:15 pm. Children will use these tools to build two augmented reality applications.
Pre-Ballet classes for children ages 5-7 years will be offered on Saturday from April 18 to June 20 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Children will learn basic movements, vocabulary, and balance.
The Art Bloom Juried Art Exhibit will run at Croft Farm Art Center from April 26 to May 8. It will have watercolors, pastels, oils, sculpture, graphics, photography, and more. Print shops design posters and provide poster printing for events like this.
