Each of the six scheduled seminars will last two hours and are designed to assist individuals work their way through the home construction loan process. MVSB’s construction loan specialists will provide attendees with valuable insight into budgeting strategies, financing options and the various potential challenges in the process and how to avoid them or work through them.
Financial institutions have numerous uses for Print shops including brochure printing.
MVSB Residential mortgage sales’ Vice President Lauren Young explained the reason for the seminars saying:
“These seminars are designed to help break down the process, answer common questions, and give attendees a clearer understanding of the bank’s role in supporting them at every step — from planning and financing to closing — so they can move forward with confidence in their homebuilding plans.”
Attendees to these seminars will be eligible for a $500 credit to be applied to their closing costs if they meet certain criteria. Government and home equity loans will not qualify for the credit. Moreover, the credit can only be applied to first mortgages on residential owner-occupied properties through MVSB.
Those wishing to attend the Plymouth seminar held at the Pease Public Library from 5 pm to 7 pm on April 14, can RSVP to the local branch of the MVSB.
