Camerino came to the NHEC, which is headquartered in Plymouth, from McLane Middleton in March 2015 to assume the position of President and CEO after more than 30 years with McLane Middleton as an attorney.
A new job usually requires new Business Cards to be printed, and presents an opportunity for a card redesign.
Board of directors chairperson Jeffery Morrill stated in the NHEC announcement:
"The entire Co-op Board joins me in thanking Steve for his hard work and contributions to NHEC. Over the past six years Steve has guided the Co-op and achieved a great deal on behalf of our members. Steve’s steady leadership and commitment to our members will be missed and we wish him the best.”
Camerino proclaimed his last six years leading NHEC as an “honor” and “privilege,” and said that although he was excited about his new position, he would always view his time at the Co-op with fondness.
Prior to his departure on August 6, Camerino will be working with the NHEC’s Board of Directors to guarantee the transition goes smoothly. A committee has been selected by the Board to start a search for NHEC’s next CEO.
