It was recently announced that tuition for in-state students attending Plymouth State University, University of New Hampshire, Granite State College, and Keene State College will not go up for the 2021-2022 year. The justification for the tuition freezing, according to officials, was the financial repercussions of the COVID-19 pandemic and the desire to keep college affordable in the coming school year.
USNH Vice Chancellor Cathy Provencher stated:
"Ensuring that public higher education is accessible and affordable for students is a top priority for our institutions as we continue working to serve New Hampshire and to make our colleges and universities the first choice for New Hampshire students."
Colleges can be supported by Business Cards and Flyers, plus a wide range of logo-carrying items available from Print shops.
In addition to holding the line on tuition increases, USNH officials say they have also made a commitment to grow the amount of financial aid available to students. From 2016, aid has risen from $119m a year to $161m.
In-state student tuition at UNH is $15,520 and with the additional costs of room and board, plus fees, it is estimated that undergraduate costs for those students will be $34,830 for the 2020-2021 school year.
