New Hampshires icy winter wonderland opens

An ethereal adventure awaits less than 25 miles from Plymouth at the popular Ice Castles New Hampshire in North Woodstock.

One of only five Ice Castles attractions in the country, the New Hampshire site opened in mid-January and expects to remain open throughout the rest of January and all of February.

Both banner and poster printing shops are excellent options for advertising large events well ahead of time.

Numerous frozen structures, completely made of ice, are available for exploration. More than just huge walls of ice forming maze-like pathways, there will be many other structures to enjoy. In the past, visitors have been treated to ice caves, a slide made of ice, an ice throne and what appeared to be confirmation of the existence of a yeti in the form of the yeti-shaped exit through the ice.

Although the open-air park is designed to be walked through, some parts may necessitate attendees crawling or sitting on wet ice. For this reason, it is suggested that visitors dress for the cold, including waterproof pants and non-slip shoes or boots.

Visitors will not be asked to show COVID-19 vaccination proof, but will be encouraged to wear masks.

Weekend timeslots are the most popular despite being more expensive. General admission Friday and Saturdays is $27 with children 4-11 being $22. Pricing for Monday to Thursday is $20 and $15 respectively. Tickets can be purchased for dates through the end of February via ShowClix.
