Nashua set to show appreciation to its vets

Nashua’s veterans will take pride of place during a special celebration that has been planned for the community, and everyone is invited to come out and show their support.

The Fourth of July celebration for veterans, which will be brought to the area through the support of Positive Street Art, will see former military members enjoying complementary barbequed hot dogs, chips, and drinks, plus a whole lot more.

Live musicians will take to the stage to entertain the crowd, and those who wish to put their appetite to the test can try their luck in the hot dog eating contest. An assortment of backyard games will be set up, and there will be draws for raffle prizes, a singles auction, and a variety of other activities as well.

The event is being held in support of Positive Street Art’s mural, which is has erected to help strengthen the connections between local veterans and the area’s artistic community. A printer can be called upon to supply Banners and other printed decorations that can be used during a special event such as this.

This celebration, which seeks to thank vets for all they have done, has been planned for July 4 and 5 at the Riverside Barbeque Company, which is located at 53 Main Street in Nashua. Further details about the event have been listed on the Downtown Nashua website.
