A fun run will be hitting the road near Conway Arena, and young and old alike are invited to put on their runners, bundle up, and head out for the Freeze Your Buns Run in a few weeks’ time.
This activity, which will be a no-frills function, will be all about having fun and being active, even in the cold of winter. The course followed will be flat, and it is one of a series of runs that will be taking place throughout New England.
The morning will open at 8:30 am, and the signing-in kiosk will be set up at 8 Riverside Street. Each runner will receive a number, and chip timing will be available for anyone who would like to use this option.
Once each of the runners has completed the route, they will be invited to linger, socialize, and warm up with a hot drink and light refreshments. A banner printing company can offer a variety of services that can be useful for this sort of event, including printing a big welcome banner to be hung at the finish line.
