The Nashua Police Department has once again shown that not only can it make the grade, but it can exceed it as well.
The organization was granted an accreditation award by the Commission for Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEA) for the eighth time. Its onsite assessment scores were perfect.
According to the police department, the evaluation included a comprehensive review that covered all aspects of the organization. The final report gave recognition to all of its members, lauding them for being dedicated professionals who place great value on their commitment to providing the community with the very best in police services. It further went on to say that it has put in a lot of effort in all areas, including building relationships with the community.
The force has been able to fully meet compliance during every Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies Inc. assessment that it has undergone since 1991. During this year’s review hearing, it was noted that the department has perfect assessment scores and has been able to comply with all of the standards that have been set by the CALEA. A catalog printing company can provide bound Copies of the final report to the public and other stakeholders who may wish to peruse it for themselves.
