Those who wish to get a head start on their holiday shopping or who just enjoy browsing through locally made handcrafted items are invited to come out to the Fall Craft Fair in Nashua this November.
The event is being hosted by the Nashua YMCA. The works of a variety of local crafters will be on display and available for purchase, and there will be food available as well. Promotional Pens that have been oriented with the organization’s contact information can be given out to those who attend this type of function. This will help to spread the word about what they have to offer the community and make it easy for them to get in touch if they are interested in taking part themselves.
The goal of the fair is to raise funds for the Y. Last year, it provided services to 26,000 people throughout the community, ranging in age from children to seniors. It operates three different facilities and provides employment for more than 200 people. It is also provides an opportunity for individuals to volunteer and put their skills to good use in a variety or different areas that include programming, governance, education and more.
The fair will take place at the YMCA on Saturday, November 14th from 9:00 am until 300 pm. There is no charge for admission. Anyone who would like to find out more is invited to get in touch with Tiffany Josling by phone 603-822-2011 or through email at tjoslin@nmynmca.org .
