There are two events taking place this May in Nashua at which both people and their dogs are welcome.
The first one will be a fundraising event for the Nashua Special Olympics. Sharon's Walk is a 5K trek held annually. Registration fees are $35 and the first 200 will receive a t-shirt, walkers also collect additional pledges to put towards the fight against cancer. Participants are welcome to bring their dogs, with them and the Humane Society for Greater Nashua will have a team entered in the event.
Later in the month, the Positively Pets Expo is returning to the city. Presented by the Nashua Telegraph, it is a fundraising event for the Human Society for Greater Nashua.
Dogs on leashes will be admitted to this event, which will feature demonstrations, raffles, food for purchase, and vendors. There will also be a number of adoptable pets on display.
To let people in Nashua know about upcoming fundraising events, area Stationery printers may provide products such as Flyers to be distributed.
