A not-for-profit group that works to ensure everyone has access to safe and affordable housing has a festive fundraiser in the works, and it promises to be an elegant affair.
The guests at Habitat for Humanity’s Nashua Home for the Holidays cocktail party will be enjoying a special experience on offer at the Nashua Center for the Arts. The emcee for the event will be Mike Morin, who is a local radio personality and author, and tickets are $75 each.
The function will see its guests sample an assortment of light bites, and cocktails will be poured as well. The crowd can mix and mingle, and anyone who would like to help but cannot make it in person is encouraged to make a monetary donation.
Along with the cocktails and food, the function will boast a silent auction. The attendees can bid on the donated Corporate Gifts, experiences, and other items up for bids. The event will allow shoppers to pick up some special holiday gifts while ensuring everyone in the community has access to affordable housing.
The Home for the Holidays fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity will be opening the holiday season in high style on Friday, December 1. Its doors will open to the guests at 5:30 pm, and tickets may be reserved through its Patch listing.
