Nashua residents are about to be offered a secret weapon when it comes to having a great-looking garden this year.
The Nashua Garden Club recently scheduled its annual plant sale, and it will be welcoming shoppers for four hours. The venue for the market will be 8 Abbott Street, and both cash and Checks will be accepted as payment.
The Club will have a wide assortment of perennials and annuals for sale, and houseplants will be included as well. Those who require vegetable starts will find a lot to choose from, including herbs. The Jean’s Gems tag sale table will provide an opportunity to score some thrifty horticultural hardware finds, and the gift basket raffle will be back. The organizers note that this will be the group's only fundraiser for 2024, and those who shop early will get the best selection.
Planners of pop-up markets that take place each year may find that reusable signage helps to make their budget stretch. A banner printing company will have a variety of options for this, many of which may be folded or rolled up for storage.
This opportunity for Nashua gardeners to support a local community service group, and also beautify their own flowerbeds at the same time, will be held on Saturday, May 18th. It will be open at 8:00 am. Get a Free Quote for Checks
