Employer workshop planned for Nashua

An upcoming workshop in Nashua will give employers the tools they need to create a workplace where the employees are engaged, productive, and happy.

The 7 Senses of Employee Engagement will teach those who take part skills that they can use to keep their employees motivated and productive. They will also learn how to address virtually any issue related to their behavior or performance.

The workshop will provide further details on the difference between having a workforce that is engaged rather than merely satisfied, the three facets of employee engagement, and seven ways to create an atmosphere where this can happen. They will also be provided with a set of tools for addressing behavioral issues, and how to provide employees with effective feedback.

Each person who participates will be given a professional workbook to help them in their position. A printer can produce these, as well as Presentation Folders for distribution during events such as this.

The seminar will be led by Del Gilbert, who has held a variety of leadership positions in the healthcare field. He is both a certified Leadership Trainer and Leadership Coach, and he owns Accelerating Excellence, which is a consulting and performance training company.

The workshop will be held September 22 at Nashua’s Marriot Courtyard. Tickets are $199 each, or $150 if three or more people from the same organization will be attending. They can be purchased through the Eventbrite page.
