The 21st annual Taste of Downtown Nashua is taking place this June. Hosted by Great American Downtown Nashua, it will be sponsored by the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce and St. Joseph's Hospital, among others.
Around 25 businesses and stores in the downtown area will be hosting tastings from the best restaurants and caterers in the city, and visitors will get to watch the chefs prepare the food and ask questions. There will be street musicians performing, raffle drawings, prizes and giveaways at many of the locations. Visitors can also take part in the Hot Spot Challenge scavenger hunt.
Tickets for this event usually sell out quickly and those who plan to attend are encouraged to buy tickets before May 15.
This event should give the public a good idea about all of the food choices they have in the city and be a great marketing opportunity for Nashua restaurants. It is likely that participating stores might invest in banner printing services to let visitors know that they are a part of the day.
The Taste of Downtown Nashua will take place at various venues on June 3 from 6:00 - 8:30 PM. Tickets are $30 until May 15 or until 500 are sold. After that, tickets will cost $35 and $40 on the day of the event. Contact the Great American Downtown at 603-883-5700 for more information.
