Stratham yoga session to include lots of fun on four legs

Yoga, a practice that has been undertaken since ancient times, has come into the modern age in a variety of Forms. A Stratham farm will be hosting a session where everyone is invited to enjoy the experience.

The event will be kid-friendly, but the kids who will be on hand for the event will all have four legs, and these friendly baby goats will interact with the guests while they get through their poses. It will be a guided session, and the organizers explained that as it will be a gentle stretch, it can be an ideal way for those who are new to yoga to get their feet wet.

When the yoga portion of the function has drawn to a close, the guests can stay for a little while so they can cuddle and take some fun photos with the baby goats. The registrants are asked to bring a mat from home, and an assortment of goat’s milk-based products and other items will be on offer for purchase.

An event like this that combines fun with learning can be a great chance for members of the public to gain a skill that can provide many health benefits. A flyer printing company can be counted on to supply an assortment of budget friendly options for promoting the function.

Legacy Lane Farm, which is located at 217 Portsmouth Avenue, will be hosting this yoga session on February 2. The tickets for the function can be purchased for $35.
