An upcoming workshop will give Stratham residents an opportunity to give their inner green thumb a workout.
Greenland’s Rolling Green Nursery hosts a Garden School Series, and one of its instalments for this autumn will explore houseplant care. Addressing the topic from the ground floor on up, it will include details about how to choose the right plant for a particular location.
During the session, the students will learn about the benefits of having a touch of greenery in the home, and horticultural practices such as watering, feeding and potting will all be included. The goal is to give the learners confidence in caring for their own plants, and tickets to book a seat are $10.00 each. The registrants will then be able to use this amount towards the purchase at the nursery on the day of the event, and both morning and afternoon sessions will be offered.
Organizers have noted that only 10 seats are available per class, and stress that masks are mandatory. A brochure printing company will be able to supply basic plant care guides to present to each participant in this sort of session.
Rolling Green Nursery has made plans to offer this learning opportunity on Saturday, October 17th, with sessions at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. The venue for the function is located at 64 Breakfast Hill Road in Greenland.
