There will be a class titled ‘Puppy 102’ taking place in Stratham from September to November.
Instructed by Kelley C, the class size is limited to six students to ensure personalized attention. This program is intended for one-year-old or younger puppies, particularly those who have completed the Puppy 101 course. Puppy 102 is structured to advance the skills gained in Puppy 101 by raising the criteria, fostering patience, and reinforcing previously learned commands such as sitting, lying down, staying, and coming when called.
When attending the classes, individuals must bring a flat harness or collar along with a 6-foot leash for their puppy. The usage of chokes, prongs, electronic leashes, or retractable leashes is not allowed during the sessions. Since positive reinforcement is a key aspect of the training, individuals should bring plenty of treats that their puppies find appealing. Additionally, bringing water and a container for the puppies is encouraged to keep them hydrated throughout the class.
For the safety of attendees during the sessions, individuals should wear appropriate footwear such as boots or sneakers. The cost to participate in this event will be $135. Tickets can be bought through the Sawyer listing.
Brochure printing can provide owners with take-home information from classes such as this one.
The classes will be held on Sundays, from September 29th to November 3rd, consisting of five sessions. Each class will run from 9 am to 10 am at 104 Portsmouth Avenue Stratham, New Hampshire.
