Local celebration to feature truly tiny homes

A Stratham area festival will be showcasing some of the smallest dwellings to be found.

A whimsical tour planned for South End Portsmouth will be filled with wonder and magic, and it will include more than 250 fairy houses and other small structures that drive the “tiny home” movement. These displays will be built by professionals, students, and community members, and they will be hidden throughout the grounds of Prescott Park, Strawberry Banke, and John Langdon House.

This celebration, which will raise funds to support a variety of projects, is expected to attract thousands of visitors of all ages. Tickets can be purchased online or at various Portsmouth retailers, and they will also be available for sale at the gate. Author Tracy Kane will be on hand to meet with her fans, and special ballet performances will be staged at the Prescott Park Arts Festival Stage in honor of the occasion.

At this sort of function, which combines fundraising with community building, a printing services company will be able to help. It can supply everything from maps to Banners, Promotional Products and other items.

The 2020 Portsmouth Fairy House Tour will be welcoming the world on October 3 and 4. The event’s website is the place to go to get the latest details and updates about the initiative.
