Attending prom has been a cherished tradition for high school graduates, but one that will take place in Winston-Salem will welcome the younger set for an evening of fun with their friends.
The Middle School Prom will kick off the summer season for local scholars. Accommodating up to 150 attendees, tickets are still available at the time of writing but will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.
The activity will be geared towards those in grades 6, 7, and 8, and tickets can be reserved free of charge. It will be designed to create a festival and memorable occasion, with photo ops available. It will take place in a formal environment, and the attendees are encouraged to dress to impress. The goal of the evening is to create a fun and safe environment that encourages positive social interaction.
Proms and other special seasonal events may call for custom decor, and banner printing companies will have a variety to choose from. They can work with most budgets, making them helpful partners to charities and not-for-profit groups.
Winston-Salem middle schoolers will be treated to this special event starting at 7:00 pm on Friday, June 5, and the festivities will continue until 10:00 pm. The event is scheduled for Union Station, located at 300 S. Martin Luther King Drive.
