Winston-Salem invited to enjoy bee-themed fun

Bees play a vital role in nature, serving as pollinators for a wide variety of plants. A Winston-Salem area festival will give these industrious insects pride of place, and it will offer fun for all ages.

The Honeybee Festival will soon “bee” on offer in Kernersville’s Fourth of July Park, and it will be held rain or shine. Accessible parking can be found on site, and other public parking spaces are located nearby.

Admission to the festivities will be free, and a long list of activities will be on offer. Attendees can hop aboard for a train ride, and sand art, face painting, and Stuff n’ Fun bears will all be part of the experience. Gem mining and the Cool Zone area are also in the works, with a misting tent being set up thanks to support from Sutton Brothers Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. Everyone can view the fire truck and equipment on display as well.

When organizing a community festival, marketing the function is often on the list of tasks taken on by the planners. A printing services company will be happy to help lighten their load, and can provide a full selection of Print options.

The 2024 Honeybee Festival will have the Winston-Salem area buzzing on Saturday, August 17. The fun will get started at 10:00 am.
